Ryan Rawluk, CPA, CGA, and Eric Robert, CPA, CGA formed Rawluk & Robert Chartered Professional Accountants Inc on August 1st, 2017. Ryan and Eric have, between them, over 40 years of experience in public practice and enjoy the challenges of working closely with their clients, running their own business, and facing the challenges of the ever-changing tax and legislative landscape. Rawluk & Robert, as a public accounting firm, provide a variety of tax, accounting, assurance, and consulting services to a wide variety of clients. Our clients include businesses of all shapes and sizes, not-for-profit organizations, registered charities, and people needing help with their taxes.
Rawluk & Robert CPAs embrace the continually changing technology available in the accounting, tax and business environments. They are proponents of the use of computers and software, including cloud computing, with a view to improving the experience for the user, but not adoption for the sake of adoption.

Ryan began his accounting career in March 2000 in a small public practice firm answering phones, bookkeeping and administrative duties. Being a quick learner, he quickly progressed through his education and practical experience and successfully completed the Certified General Accountant designation in March 2007 and became partner in September 2007. Since then, Ryan has focused on serving his clients, growing his firm, and training new accounting students to become excellent accountants.
Ryan is heavily involved in his community. He currently serves on the CPA Manitoba Tax Committee, the Porter Hetu International National Management Committee and a member of CPA Canada's Small and Medium Practitioner Tax Committee. Ryan formerly served as volunteer treasurer of Norberry-Glenlee Community Centre, Riel Community Centres Board and the Norwood Grove Business Improvement Zone.

Eric began his accounting career in January 2005 working in his father's public practice firm performing various administrative and IT functions including bookkeeping and personal tax preparation. Being quite adept at computers and technology, he quickly started working on more complicated tax files and helped update processes and policies throughout the firm.
Eric and his wife, Andrea, have 1 child, Soren, who has a great love of music and people.
Eric sits on the Chartered Professional Accountants Public Practice Review Committee. Eric also sits on the board of directors as Treasurer of Entreprises Riel and the Manitoba Organization of Disc Sports (MODS).
When he isn’t working, Eric enjoys spending time outdoors, with friends and family, travelling, camping, cycling or playing ultimate frisbee.
